We woke up the morning of their wedding to a forecast that made my heart sing. It was early October, with temperatures close to 80 and calling for clear beautiful skies into the evening. From the start of the day, it was perfect from there on out. Aside from he beautiful weather forecasted for the day, I knew this would be a truly perfect day because that is exactly what the planning process was with Hailey and Taylor. Just perfect! From the day I met them and their Hailey’s sweet family in my studio, I knew that this day would be great. Hailey loves all things Anthropologie, they share a love for animals, their venue was perfect for their inspiration, and I just loved them head to toe. You might remember Hailey and Taylor from their engagement shoot I shared back in December of 2016. And, their day was recently featured on Wedding Sparrow.These two are sincerely meant to be, and it was so evident not only on their wedding day but through every portion of their planning process.

One of my absolute favorite pieces of their day was that they wanted their pup to be involved. Hailey works at the Baltimore Zoo and Taylor is a vet, so of course I knew we needed to incorporate him as much as we could. Dougie served as the ring bearer and sat by them as they exchanged vows. Being a dog mama, this seriously pulled on my heart strings! Aside from Dougie, the details of this day were so charming and whimsical.

Hailey and Taylor preached their vows looking over the Severn River at Historic London Town under one of my favorite ceremony arches to date. As they recessed down the aisle and into cocktail hour, their guests tossed hand dried flower petals from paper cones. The guests followed to the lush gardens of London Town that we draped in whimsical bistro lights. The band was placed on the deck overlooking the water and the dance floor so perfectly in front for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. The night was free flowing and cocktail driven with my favorite focal point of the night, the bar! You’ll just have to see it to get the full vibe. The guests danced the night away, lounged under the bistros, drank sweet bourbon cocktails.

Dear Hailey and Taylor, your wedding was one I will always remember. Your love for each other truly shined through every moment of your day, and it was an absolute honor to design and plan along side you. Hailey I already miss our weekly phone calls! I wish you two the very best in life and marriage.
