Today is the day I am finally able to share some of my favorite intimate photos from a special editorial in Charleston, South Carolina. Erika Brown and I snuck down south for a few days for an elopement and this beautiful shoot, which turned out to be a true adventure. The day started with rain drops and an early morning wake up call for floral assembly and ended with full hearts and a lot of stories behind us. We ventured through the morning dew and Spanish moss at the beautiful Magnolia Plantation to find the perfect scenery for our story, and it was pure magic. This editorial has been featured in Magnolia Rouge Magazine, and I have pleased to share some of my favorites for you.

The Story

The early morning thoughts of a bride to be…the moments before she becomes a wife, and before the day kicks into full gear sets the tone for the day ahead. Here we share in the bride’s soulful early morning journey through solitude, simplicity and grace as she readers her grooms sweet written words and takes in the southern air. All of the blissful details including the organic blooms, lush furnishings, simple lingerie and romantic flowing gown bring this warm morning bridal inspiration to life.
